It’s easy to get distracted by the many tactics, channels and technologies we’re expected to master. But none of it matters if we don’t take the time to build a solid marketing strategy first.
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll cover everything you need to build a strategy foundation for your marketing program. For a few hours, we invite you to surround yourself by mother nature, and put aside the to-do list. You’ll leave armed with proven concepts, helpful tips and a fully belly!
- At the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to:
- Develop an ideal customer profile and define your buying committee
- Draft a differentiating positioning statement with proof points to validate your claims (and a testing plan to validate your messaging with buyers)
- Map your buyer’s journey and identify high impact content priorities
- Identify key performance indicators and accountability metrics that focus on growth
- Outline a plan for filling in database gaps
- Build a marketing budget that reflects a proven integrated marketing framework
We’re keeping the workshop to a maximum of 20 participants so we can dive deep together.
